Here is my last update for 2005. It seems like this year really blew by
and you know what I mean if you live in Florida. After three hurricanes
(Katrina, Rita, and Wilma) the tropical fruit groves here at IFAS/TREC
are not quite what they used to be. Although many trees faired well they
are in recovery mode and it is uncertain how bountiful next summer’s
crop will be. This set of pictures focuses on the ‘Glenn’
mango. It one of my favorites and I have two trees in my back yard.
