December has been a great month.  Fantastic photo and video opportunities have arisen during my outings with Dr. Crane.  We have managed to cover many interesting and possibly undocumented areas of the avocado industry, including recently, a large scale avocado transplanting.  The records of these experiences will later translate in to learning material for undergrad students and specialist studying the tropical fruit industry.

Transplanted avocado trees
