During the last couple of weeks I've been focusing on jackfruit.  This fruit is definitely interesting photo material and it is sometimes located very high up in the trees.  A single jackfruit can weigh up to 80 pounds and there are many different varieties.  Thanks to Jeff Wasielewski, Assistant Curator of Tropical Fruit at Fairchild Tropical Gardens for letting me into the their pristine jackfruit collection at the Montgomery Research Institute.
