Currently, we are growing about an acre of passion fruit here at TREC, and I have started to take interest in photographing this fruit.  I greatly enjoy using passion fruit in cooking and mixing tropical drinks.  Also, the beautiful red and purple colors of the passion fruit create an interesting contrast to the yellow, white, and black internal edible portion of this fruit.
