I
have been collaborating with Julian Lara of Lara Farms on the below group
of green sapote, sapodilla, and caimito pictures. Julian selects pristine
varieties from his collection at the farm and when the fruit is at perfect
ripeness he brings them to me. I set up my lighting (Elinchrom studio
strobes) and Julian works on different cuts and placement. Together, we
are making some of the best images of these rare fruits that I have seem.
