The pictures below were taken around this time last year in TREC's guava collection.  I had tagged a number of the pruned branches to track the growth and development.  I found the guava to be just as interesting as the other tropical fruit crops that I have spent time shooting.  Nature, again, has proven to provide a wealth of analogies when observed closely.
